Company History
In the 1960s, the Piazza family pioneered a company to develop, manage and market senior living communities. The business began with several communities near Buffalo, New York. Early recognition of the need for specialized senior housing and services generated steady growth. In the 1970s, the family moved the business to Florida and developed additional communities.
Over the past four and a half decades, our company has owned, operated and/or managed 45 communities, cared for 5000+ residents and employed over 2,500 staff members. Our historical average occupancy rate
of 96% exceeds the industry average.
