As CEO of Senior Management Advisors, Steve has dedicated his career to enhancing residents’ quality of life while achieving financial success of the communities he serves.
Steve holds a marketing degree with a minor in finance, giving him a strong background in both strategic marketing and financial management. He began his career in marketing with the Adult Care Group and later earned his Executive Director license. His years as turnaround Executive Director of struggling communities assisted him in gaining valuable experience overseeing day-to-day community operations and deepening his understanding of senior care.
Steve’s dedication, outstanding contributions and turnaround success in the field led him to leadership roles as Regional Director of Operations, Vice President of Operations and then ultimately creating Senior Management Advisors. Throughout his career, he has focused on revitalizing communities in need of operational support and renovation. His strategic approach and hands-on leadership have consistently turned struggling communities into successful, vibrant communities that prioritize resident care and engagement while achieving positive financial outcomes.
